250 unit multi-family development in Lebanon, NH. As a subcontractor for DEW Construction, our team worked diligently to meet demanding deadlines with precise execution.

Summit on Juniper (Dartmouth Graduate Housing)

Ground up 638 bed student apartment complex for North Branch Construction. Our most challenging project in our 40 years due to hard occupancy date, Covid and supply chain issues. Besides the normal work week crews, we needed to work many Saturday and Sundays. We accrued as many as 500 man hours per weekend to meet the deadline.

Grappone Mazda

New Mazda dealership in Concord, NH completed as a subcontractor for Eckman Construction. On this project, our team utilized expertise in high performance coatings to deliver the durable, clean finish that is required for Grappone Mazda's operations

Tesla Londonderry

Ground up construction of a new 50,000 SF Tesla dealership for Taylor, The Builders. Our scope ranged from painting of exterior pre-cast concrete panels to interior drywall and structural steel. Our crew's expertise in aerial lift operation was crucial to maintaining productivity!
